Used condition, having pin hole punctures in each corner, wear, worn, edge wear, edge creasing and tears. Together with a signed lithograph of "First Reformed Church - New Brunswick , Circa 1866, numbered and signed lower right 93/250 Francis Mc Ginley; a The New York Herald September 11, 1905 Classifieds section along with a section of New York Commercial October 24, 1905.
